Introduction to the Instrument
The YBD-38 research grade polarized dark field metallographic microscope adopts an excellent infinite optical system and modular functional design concept. After upgrading the system, it can achieve functions such as polarized observation and bright field observation. The compact and stable integrated main body design fully embodies the requirements of microscope operation stability. The idealized design of the instrument makes operation more convenient and space more extensive. Suitable for metallographic structure analysis and microscopic observation of surface morphology, it is an ideal instrument for research in metallurgy, mineralogy, and polymer materials science. Suitable for observing transparent and opaque substances in various electronic processing and casting industries, such as metals, ceramics, integrated blocks, printed circuit boards, liquid crystal panels, films, fibers, coatings, and other materials. It is also suitable for observation and analysis in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, and scientific research departments.
Performance characteristics:
★ Adopting excellent infinity optical system to provide outstanding optical imaging performance.
★ Compact and stable high rigidity body, fully considering the anti vibration requirements of microscopic operations.
★ Ideal design that meets ergonomic requirements, making operation more convenient and comfortable, and providing a wider space.
★ Mechanical mobile loading platform, suitable for microscopic observation or rapid detection of multiple samples.
Modular functional design makes it easy to upgrade the system and achieve functions such as dark field observation.
The YBD-38 research grade polarized dark field metallographic microscope has an image output system. Traditional optical microscopes can be organically combined with computer computers (digital cameras) through photoelectric conversion. Not only can microscopic imaging be observed through eyepieces, but real-time images can also be directly observed and captured through computers or digital cameras, and the required images can be directly photographed, saved, and printed. Metallographic microscope computer type (YBD-38C type), equipped with a professional industrial camera, connected to a computer, and combined with metallographic analysis software, can perform metallographic module analysis and grading, and automatically generate reports. The YBD-38 metallographic microscope is equipped with a digital metallographic microscope (YBD-38D type) for users who are not convenient to access computers. It uses a digital camera or a DSLR camera to directly capture metallographic structure images, which are then imported into a computer and used for metallographic analysis software to create a metallographic analysis rating report.
